Recommend it for families
The reception staff really stood out, specially Turki and Sultan, they made me feel welcomed . The location was a huge plus, just a few minutes walk and I was at the masjid al nabawi, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

The staff, especially Turki, genuinely cared about our comfort. It’s a quick 5-minute stroll to the Haram! Just wish the room had a bit more space for us to relax.

utterly disappointed with my stay. Not only was the internet poor and unstable, but I also had to deal with a non-functioning TV in my room. I would've appreciated some special treatment for the trouble, maybe an upgrade, but clearly that’s too much to ask. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Twin Room. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the masjid. The room was clean, and housekeeping was attentive daily. Enjoyed the ample parking and quick room service with generous food portions. A solid choice! 👍

Had an amazing time with friends! The staff were super friendly and always available. We loved that it was just minutes from the ladies' entrance and the Prophet's Mosque. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Definitely check out nearby restaurants for a treat!
Only downside was the WiFi signal in the room—it could definitely be better.

Had a lovely stay in a Standard Twin Room. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious, which was great for relaxing after long days. The view was nice too! The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area had plenty of seating. However, I wish there were more options for eggs and meats. The coffee quality could definitely be improved, though. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and appreciated the attentive staff!

The location is superb, just a short stroll to the Haram, making it convenient for my family and me. The room size was decent enough to fit our needs, especially traveling with three kids. We appreciated the warm welcome from the staff as well.
My kids wished the rooms had a bit more space for playing around.

Comfortable Stay with Close Access to Holy Sites!
We had a pleasant three-night stay in a spacious Standard Quadruple Room. The staff maintained a welcoming atmosphere, but the air conditioning could use some cleaning. While outside, the fresh air was refreshing. The onsite dining options were great for quick meals after visiting the holy sites. Future guests should keep windows open when possible for better air quality.

Another excellent stay at Ruve! The location is just a few minutes' walk from the ladies entrance, making it incredibly convenient. With eight lifts available, there was never a wait time. The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful, enhancing our experience. Overall, we enjoyed a joyful stay with no missed prayers and easy access to everything nearby.
The room size varied, and some could be a bit cramped.
